Strange Announcement Message - Guild Wars Forums

I'm not one to start threads, but this one was so wierd I needed to ask.

Approx. 9pm NZ Time Sunday/Midnight PST Saturday, I got a Guild Wars announcement that went approx. "I am stone. I do not move. I am rock. You cannot break me" (not exact, but that context). It was in the green words of a GW announcement.

I had not done anything in a storyline context (middle of a battle), which would warrant blue words. No it wasn't a Guild announcement changing (I checked with guildies). I was in Heart of the Shiverpeaks at the time. My husband playing with me at the time did not get the message, nor did any guildies or alliance members.

Thoughts? Suggestions?

*edit* Yes I took a screenie, it did happen :P I'm just not on that computer right now to upload it.

Would have to see it to know what it could be. First thing that popped into my head was a guild name for winning HoH or a player name for maxing a title.

I don't do the whole PvE Skill thing *barfs a hairball*... but the other day I was doing a mission, and kept hearing HEADSHOT! TRIPLE KIIIIIIIIIIIIILLLLLLLLLLLLLL! and such, and I thought it was some strange update :P
Now I get it, from looking at that skill page

(Was going crazy trying to figure out what happened, and all my team mates said was LOL, even though I asked "Is it a skill?")

actually the HEADSHOT! TRIPLE KILL! thing is from a mod that you must have downloaded that causes all armor textures to be high quality in-towns, and it also enables Unreal Tournament sounds whenever you gain exp from a kill.

Luckily, you can disable those annoying sounds in "settings.ini".
